How To Request Deletion
- Email [email protected] from the email address connected to your request, subscription, or project inquiry.
- Include your name, email address, and a short description of the information you want deleted.
- If you contacted us through a third-party platform, include the platform name and any relevant account identifier.
What We Can Delete
Depending on your relationship with TrivexaTech, we may delete contact form submissions, newsletter subscription records, prospect information, support communications, and other personal information that is no longer needed.
Information We May Need To Keep
Some information may be retained when necessary for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud prevention, contract, dispute resolution, or operational backup purposes. If retention is required, we will limit use of that information to the purpose that requires retention.
Verification
To protect your privacy, we may ask you to verify your identity or ownership of the email address before deleting information.
Timing
We aim to respond to deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe. Complex requests, legal holds, or backup systems may require additional time.
Newsletter Opt-Out
If your request only concerns marketing or newsletter messages, you can ask us to unsubscribe your email address. You may still separately request deletion of related records.
